January 18-22, 2025, will see the world’s foodservice community converge on Rimini, Italy, for the 46th SIGEP.
A dynamic event for the industry, the 2025 SIGEP will once again provide a stage for professionals from the worlds of pastry and chocolate, bakery, coffee, pizza and gelato.
All aspects of the industry will be covered from products and ingredients to services, equipment, furnishings, packaging solutions, and technologies.
At SIGEP recent baking trends, emerging ingredients and leading technological innovations that are shaping the art of bakery will be on offer. Professionals from around the globe will participate to try out ingredients like flour and yeasts, and will also be able to investigate the latest baking techniques and technologies.
For those working with pastry and chocolate, there will be artisanal creations on display as well as a selection of raw materials. You will be able to investigate new supply chains and technologies shaping the sector.
Visitors from more than 160 countries attended last year’s event, and took part in a full program of events over five days.
Italian Exhibition Group President Maruizio Ermeti said the event had confirmed its role as a reference point for the dolce foodservice industry.
“… offering increasingly cutting-edge and technological challenges. [It was] a unique business event that has found enormous added value in Rimini, where innovation is second nature,” he said.
