Hot on the heels of the Australian Society of Baking (ASB) state meet ups in New South Wales and Queensland, it’s now Victoria’s turn.

The event is set to be held on August 31, 2026, at Hopscotch Urban Beer Bar from 5pm to 7pm and is open to both members and non-members.

ASB  Board Member, Chair of communications and membership committee Morgan Clementson said each of the meet-ups provided industry members with the opportunity to catch up and network in a relaxed way setting.

“It’s a great chance for the baking industry to get together in a no fuss, casual way,” she said.

“Our final edition [of the meet ups] for 2026 is coming up in August, coinciding with Fine Foods in Melbourne.”

Morgan said the concept for the state meet-ups came after the ASB board realised there were limited opportunities for bakers and industry members to network.
