Decorated pastry chef Moonsun Yoo opens flagship patisserie on the Gold Coast has opened his flagship patisserie, 5B2F Bakehouse, on the Gold Coast and things are looking sweet. As well as an incredible selection of delicate French-inspired pastries and desserts, the bakehouse is turning out woodfired sourdough made with starter culture from the juice of apples and grapes, as well as pies, sausages rolls, croissants and cronuts.
