There are just a couple more days to get your hands on this almost-too-pretty-to-eat croissant.
Lune Croissanterie, known humbly for having the “best croissants outside of France” released a once a year flavour for the week from Mother’s Day; a twice-baked Persian love cake croissant.
The croissant comes stuffed with cake and finished with rose buttercream and pistachios and are available from Saturday, May 9 – Saturday, May 16. Lune Croissanterie is currently offering pick-up from its two outposts in Fitzroy and the CBD, as well as delivery to inner Melbourne suburbs. To place an order, call the Lune hotline on 0467 048 540. Delivery is available between 8am and 3pm daily, with the minimum order $50 and delivery for $5.
“This one is for the Mums out there. Keep an eye out because we also have something planned for the kids of all the Mums…”, Lune wrote on Instagram.
The kids’ product on offer is a choc-jam doughnut cruffin – which would definitely be consumed by big and littles alike!
Lune’s famed philosophy is centred on quality and consistency, so a small wholesale arm in Elwood to begin with in 2011 was a natural decision, with the potential to grow – and grow it did, with its space age Fitzroy store opening in 2015, followed by its express shop in the Melbourne CBD.
