Organised by the BAA, the inaugural baking industry trade is set to get its very own industry-specific show this year on June 20-22 in Melbourne, incorporating the BAA National Conference.
At the show will be exhibitors who can assist bakery owners in their operations from equipment, point of sale, refrigeration, ingredients, uniforms, signage and coffee.
One of the highlights of the show will be the Vanrooy Bakery Theatre, which will have hands-on demonstrations that visitors are able to get involved in and have a go at making different products.
The BAA National Conference has been designed to specifically address both the current and ongoing issues within the inaugural baking industry trade. At the conference attendees can listen to issues discussed international guests and government representatives on topics such as New Zealand baking trends, women in baking and Country of Origin labelling, and engage in discussion panels.
