From May 18-22, 2025, the world’s best in the baking industry will descend on Dusseldorf, Germany, for iba 2025.
The 2025 tradeshow will have a focus on strong artisan bakery, among other topics. More than 19,000sq m of the exhibition space dedicated to the focus topic.
Alongside the displays, will be a number of competitions, including the design competition Bakery of the Future, which will have innovative designs and creative concepts that will help shape the future of shopfitting. The designs will include a holistic shop concept, from the interior design to the smart integration of modern technologies and environmentally friendly materials.
In addition to the popular world-class competitions such as The iba.UIBC.Cup of Bakers and The iba.UIBC.Cup of Confectioners, the brand new World Championship of Bread Sommeliers will be held at 2025 iba for the first time.
The iba.FOOD TRENDS area will be another first in 2025, and will see exhibitors present the latest trends from raw materials and baking ingredients right through to snack ideas and healthy ingredients.
