Ghana Cocoa Plantation Tour 2017

Callebaut, ‘The Original Belgian Chocolate’, in conjunction with Australian importer F. Mayer Imports P/L is offering customers a chance to be part of a five-day Cocoa tour to Ghana Cocoa Plantation tour.

Ghana is the second-largest cocoa-growing country in the world. You can be part of a group of 40 Australian chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers and industry professionals to visit all things cocoa and chocolate as well as see the wonderful sights this country has to offer.

Until April 2017, Callebaut will be accepting entries from all industry professionals, bakers, pastry chefs, chefs, and chocolatiers to select who will join the group for this exciting Ghana Cocoa Plantation tour.

Entrants are asked to submit Callebaut labels along with an entry form to be in the running.

It’s as simple as that! Winners to be announced at Foodservice Australia, Savour Patissier of the Year 2017 in Melbourne, Victoria.
