The best chocolatiers and pastry chefs across the country are about to be locked in battle throughout two days of intense competition. See the displays of creativity, artistry and skills for yourself at the Callebaut Sydney royal treatment Chocolate Show.
While honouring the best of tradition, the show continually evolves to reflect industry trends.
To recognise the best of the best, winners will be awarded across several traditional and on-trend categories including chocolate blocks, individual chocolates, truffles, chilli chocolates and handcrafted showpieces.
Entries will be assessed by an expert panel of chocolate producers, including chief judge of chocolate since 2012, Jodie Van Der Velden, owner of Josophan’s Fine Chocolates.
