Don’t get ahead of yourself with Christmas products; we’ve still got spooky season to get through! If you’re lacking inspiration, here’s a gallery full of ‘spooktacular’ desserts to bake for Halloween.
Having only taken off in Australia in recent years, this traditionally-Northern Hemisphere celebration is still a bit new to many of us, and confusing given we’re in the middle of spring—not exactly spooky weather, not to mention the price of those pumpkins!
But it’s all good fun, and a great excuse to create a limited range of themed products. This can be really simple using existing products like cakes, doughnuts and biscuits decorated a bit differently, or making little ghost meringues instead of the usual caterpillars.
