Nodo is famous for supplying Brisbane treat-lovers with an array of delicious, gluten free options, including their iconic ‘baked not fried’ donut. Their ‘Christmas in July’ pudding is absolutely no exception. Using their own gluten-free flour recipe, these puddings (and the rest of their treats) are coeliac safe.

These gluten-free goodies are filled with an array of fruits and nuts, with prunes, currents, raisins and apples. The puddings also include a cheeky splash of organic rum, cacao liqueur and sherry for a little bit of kick.
