The Australian Society of Baking (ASB) has recently released the Achievers List of the Australian Baking Industry National Scholarship Awards (ABINSA). The list includes the Regional Scholarship Winners, as well as those receiving a Certificate of Excellence.

Regional Scholarship Winners

Brianna Foster – Uprising Bakery, NSW – Eastern Region
Caleb Braszell – Baker Bleu, Vic – Southern Region

Arthur E Denison Trophy
TBA – the National panel is currently judging The Denison regional winner’s papers.

All Regional winners will travel to Brisbane on October 8h for their 5 day/4 night ‘scholarship adventure’ with the National Champion in each category being announced at the ASB Chairman’s Dinner on October 11 at the Rydges Hotel South Brisbane.
