May 2025 will see the return of American Express delicious. Month Out (AEDMO).

The sixth iteration of the event will be run across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, with Canberra also joining the ranks for the first time. Throughout the month AEDMO will see 55,000 venues serve up meals.

As part of the event, French-Swiss pastry chef and chocolatier Amaury Guichon will be in Sydney for an exclusive pop-up event. Held from May 8-10, the Martin Place-based pop-up will see Amaury’s chocolate creations on sale, each of which were created exclusively for AEDMO.

On May 9 and 10 Amaury will also be teaming up with cocktail bar Maybe Sammy to create bespoke chocolate cocktails.

Speaking about coming to Australia for AEDMO 2025, Amaury Guichon told Retail World Magazine: “I am so excited to share my passion down under during this exclusive collaboration with American Express in Sydney!”
