French-Swiss pastry chef and chocolatier Amaury Guichon has built a name for himself by crafting highly detailed chocolate sculptures, with the process often recorded and posted to his social media accounts, accumulating a huge amount of followers as a result.

So it comes as no surprise the Amaury has been awarded four simultaneous Guinness World Records for the Most Followed Pastry Chef on social media platforms TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. As of April 24, 2026, he had a record-breaking total of 92 million followers across all four platforms.

The announcement was made by Guinness World Records on June 24, and Amaury said receiving four Guinness World Record titles in a single achievement is far more than a milestone.

“… it is the culmination of over a decade of relentless dedication, creativity, and perseverance,” he said to Guinness World Records.

“These records belong not only to me, but also to everyone who has followed, supported, and believed in my work throughout this incredible journey.”

This is the second time Amaury has been featured in the Guinness World Records. The first time was in January 2024 when he created the largest chocolate sculpture of a balloon animal, which measured 1.60×1.62m. A few months later he followed this up with the largest sculpture of a fruit when he created a banana that measured more than five times the size of the original size.

“As a child I remember being fascinated by the Guinness World Records book, turning its pages and never imagining that one day my name would appear within it, let alone multiple times,” Amaury said to Guinness World Records.

“This recognition is a reminder that extraordinary things can happen when passion meets consistency, and when you commit yourself fully to a craft you love.”
