Australian flour and bakery manufacturer Allied Pinnacle has launched its Season Trends report series.
The series is a quarterly insight-led resource designed to support bakers, food manufacturers and customers in responding to evolving consumer tastes and market demand.
The Season Trends will bring together Allied Pinnacle’s technical bakery and flour expertise, category knowledge and consumer insights to identify emerging flavour profiles, product formats and ingredient innovations shaping the bakery category across Australia.

“At Allied Pinnacle, we bake the future from flour. Season Trends is designed to give our customers a commercial advantage by translating emerging consumer and category trends into practical bakery opportunities they can bring to market faster,” she said.
“The bakery and food landscape is evolving rapidly with consumers seeking products that balance indulgence, health, convenience and quality. this new series will provide product opportunities our customers can confidently take from concept to shelf.”
Each seasonal release of Season Trends will provide actionable guidance for new product development for artisan and in-store bakeries, through to large-scale foodservice manufacturers and caterers.
