One of Brisbane’s most popular bakeries, Baker D. Chirico will be teaming up with dessert master Adriano Zumbo for a special collaboration.
December 14 and 15 will see Adriano head to the Newstead store to work along Daniel Chirico himself to present a limited edition selection of artisanal creations.
During the two days both chefs will showcase their signature styles and career-defining flavours.
The takeover will begin at 8am on both days.
Baker D. Chirico’s first Brisbane store opened its doors in October, and featured the eye-catching design the bakery’s stores have become known for.
The Newstead bakery features a full-scale baking kitchen where the French, Italian and German-inspired range will be made, in addition to seating for 40 customers – inside and outside.
“Think of [it as a] modern-day Roman-style bakery as opposed to a French [bakery],” owner Daniel Chirico said.
