To celebrate the release of the film, You’re Cordially Invited, Prime Video has teamed up with Black Star Pastry to offer a limited-edition treat: the Jasmine Grape Cake.

For one day only, on January 30, the pastry shop’s Sydney CBD location will serve complimentary slices of this limited-edition cake to the first 200 visitors from noon onwards.

Created by Black Star Pastry’s Head Chef Arnaud Vodounou, the Jasmine Grape Cake is a refreshing reinvention of the traditional wedding cake. The dessert features airy layers of chiffon cake, delicately paired with fragrant jasmine cream and complemented by fresh green grapes. Each slice is adorned with piped cream and a glossy jasmine glaze, creating a visually stunning and flavourful masterpiece.

“The Jasmine Grape Cake is our modern take on the classic wedding cake, combining elegant flavours with a contemporary twist. It’s a cake that’s both sophisticated and playful, much like the film itself, and we’re thrilled to bring this new flavour to life for such a special occasion,” Chef Vodounou shared with TV Central.

This special collaboration coincides with the release of You’re Cordially Invited, a comedy featuring Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell. The cake’s unique blend of elegance and playfulness mirrors the tone of the film, offering fans a taste of both the movie and the creativity of Black Star Pastry’s renowned treats.
