It’s almost that time of year again, when some of the nation’s best apprentices go head-to-head in the Bake Skills finals.
This year the competition is set to be held at Fine Food Australia, which will take place at the Melbourne Convention Centre from August 31 to September 3.
Following rigorous state-based finals, Baking Association of Australia has revealed the eight apprentice pastry chefs and bakers will head to Melbourne to take part in the national finals.
