It’s time to get your spices and fruit mix together as the 2021 Australia’s Best Hot Cross Competition is now open for entries.

The Baking Association of Australia’s (BAA) National Board are working hard and fast with each BAA State Committee to secure dates for events in 2021. This is very exciting news as Australia and the baking industry start to enjoy movement and travel around this wonderful country again, following a disrupted 2020 schedule.

2021 welcomes the Victorian Baking Show and Australia’s’ Best Hot Cross Bun Competition as the BAA’s very first industry event, at a time when events are more exciting than ever before.

Held on February 20-21, this year the Vic Committee have decided that this prestigious event will be fully hosted at the Sherbourne Hotel in Shepparton, making life a little easier for all sponsors and exhibitors. Great prizes are on offer along with the coveted trophy of Australia’s’ Best Hot Cross Bun.
