The Australian Society of Bakers’ end-of-year National Conference is being held in Melbourne on Wednesday, October 26, with an optional industry study tour on October 25.
There will be a chairman’s dinner and scholarship awards presentation on the evening of October 26 for The Arthur E Dennison Trophy, the 2016 national scholarship regional winners, the 2016 Sydney J Packham Baking Industry Medal and regional winners.
