Callebaut, ‘The Original Belgian Chocolate’, in conjunction with Australian importer F. Mayer Imports, are offering their customers the chance to be part of a five-day cocoa tour to Ghana.
Ghana is the second-largest cocoa-growing country in the world.
You can be part of a group of 40 Australian chefs, bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers and industry professionals to visit all things cocoa and chocolate in Ghana, as well as see the wonderful sights this country has to offer.
In 2013, F. Mayer and Callebaut took a group of Aussies on this tour and believe it’s time to do it again.
Between November 2016 and April 2017, Callebaut will run various promotions open to all industry professionals, bakers, pastry chefs, chefs and chocolatiers to select who will join the group.
