Pâtissiers, chefs and apprentices are invited to impress judges at the Hunter Valley Gardens Winter Wonderland Festival with their best chocolate entremets or chocolate showpiece.
Hosted by Callebaut, the two competitions are each offering the winners a trip to the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium or Chicago, valued at $5000. Savour Chocolate and Pâtisserie School gift vouchers valued at $500 are also up for grabs for runners up and best apprentices.
