Luxury Perth bakery Ox Rabbit has just released an indulgent bake-at-home range of Cookie Pods.
This indulgent winter treat comes in three delicious flavours- chocolate chip, cookie butter and white chocolate stuffed with M&Ms, and are best served slightly undercooked and with a big scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
The idea to create a bake-at-home Cookie Pod arose during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many of Ox Rabbit’s customers were working from home.
After receiving multiple requests for the delicious Ox Rabbit cookie dough, the team identified a gap in the market for luxury bake-at-home treats, and immediately set about creating this delectable dessert for their loyal customers. The Cookie Pod doesn’t contain egg, making it safe for delivery straight from the Ox Rabbit kitchen to your home.
The Cookie Pods are delivered as raw cookie dough in foil trays. To bake, simply preheat your oven to 180℃ and put the Cookie Pods onto a tray in the oven. Bake for approximately 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. For a firmer cookie, bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
The Cookie Pods can be stored in your fridge for up to a week, or up to three months in your freezer (if you resist eating them for that long!).
Ox Rabbit’s Cookie Pods come in packs of six ($42.50) or eight ($50), and are available for same-day delivery.
