Pastry dessert bar lands in Brisbane’s North

Aldo’s Patisserie in Brisbane’s North has introduced a new evening pastry dessert bar with a number of delicious baked goods. The dessert bar was introduced in the beginning of April with desserts including gelato filled croissants and edible cookie bowls.

Owner and Pastry Chef at Aldo’s, Georgia Agosta, said that opening an evening dessert bar was a way to bring a new concept to the Burpengary area.

“We have had such a great response from customers, many excited by the exclusive Dessert Bar menu on offer accompanied by live music,” Georgia said.

“Each Friday night we transform from our fast-paced Patisserie to our evening Dessert Bar. Setting the mood with fairy lights, live music and a different menu on offer.”

For many people enjoying a croissant or pain au chocolat is a morning meal with a coffee, but Aldo’s flips this concept on its head creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy some pretty sweet and unique pastries.

“Incorporating our pastries into the selections, you will find Biscoff sundaes, butterscotch and pecan praline vanilla slice, alongside freshly baked croissants filled full of gelato, drizzled with melted chocolate and crumble—just to name a few,” Georgia said.
