Loaded cookies are here and very much on trend right now, and thanks to one specialty wholesale bakery, they’re now gluten-free so everyone can enjoy them!
The brainchild of executive chef Daniel Collins, Little Secrets Bakehouse is a boutique wholesale bakery specialising in the manufacturing of gluten-free products, including individual cakes, muffins, tarts and slices, which are distributed to some of Sydney’s best cafes and eateries.
The loaded cookies are the latest addition to the range, launched on September 14, and come in four indulgent flavours:
Banana Bread, Dulce De Leche & Walnut—A soft chewy cookie made with real bananas, stuffed with chunky walnuts, banana chips and filled with the sweet goodness of dulce de leche. Topped with lashings of dulce de leche and crushed walnuts.
Chocolate, Marshmallow & Caramel Popcorn—A rich and indulgent chocolate cookie stuffed with dark chocolate chips, topped off with homemade marshmallow and garnished with a generous amount of salted caramel honey popcorn and chocolate crumbs.
Macadamia, White Chocolate & Caramel—A shortbread cookie bursting with macadamia nuts, white chocolate chips and stuffed with our signature salted caramel. Garnished with white chocolate drizzle and crushed macadamia nuts.
Nutella, Choc Chip & Hazelnut—A crisp but chewy cookie generously loaded with all the favourites. Dark choc chip chunks, hazelnuts and stuffed with Nutella. Garnished with a drizzle of bittersweet chocolate and crushed hazelnuts.
