Lamin8 Patisserie is Lane Cove Sydney’s newest addition, with the shop specialising in viennoiserie opening at the beginning of November.

Despite intending to open mid-October, the launch showed that good things do indeed come to those who wait as the display cases filled with bright and buttery confections including croissants, danishes, palmiers, a selection of sourdough breads, cakes, macarons, pies and petit fours.

As well as the classics, Lamin8’s own creations including matcha palmiers and raspberry croissants. The venue is the creation of Jian Yao, who has run wholesale pastry business Continental Patisserie for 35 years.

“My team and I are so excited to be able to now connect with our consumers directly and share in their experiences of our quality yet innovative products,” says Yao.

The Lane Cove store is the first to open, with more locations planned to launch in 2021.
