Kids will learn about ingredients, baking technique and decorating tips for cupcakes at Sydney’s Sparkle store school holiday classes in April.
Triple chocolate cupcakes are on the menu: a vanilla cupcake with milk, white and dark chunks through each cake. Kids will learn tips and techniques as they make and bake cupcakes, cookies and other treats under the guidance of a ‘Sparkle chef’, with fun Easter decorating tips as an option.
School holiday classes will be held in April, July and September/October and December.
As part of Sydney International Food Festival (SIFF), Sparkle will run a special series of classes through October with ‘spooky’ cupcakes and Halloween decorating ideas.
