Cacao Barry is offering the chance to win a three-day tarts course at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School with Carles Mampel, from leading Spanish patisserie Bubo.
One of the most celebrated pastry chefs in Europe, Carles has been captain of the Spanish World Pastry Team and is considered one of the most well-rounded and innovative professionals in his field.
The competition, which includes flights and accommodation, is open to chefs, pastry chefs and chocolatiers in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
