Callebaut, F.Mayer Imports and Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School, in association with Crown Melbourne, are inviting apprentices, pastry chefs and professionals to reach new heights with a “flight”-inspired chocolate showpiece.
Entrants are encouraged to put forward their most quirky, beautiful, innovative, outrageous and over-the-top take on the theme, for a chance to fly to Belgium or Chicago to a Callebaut chocolate academy. Gift prizes for Savour School are also up for grabs.
