We’ll drink to that! A company dedicated to making slices has taken a range of favourite cocktails and reinvented them as ‘boozy’ slices.
Ballarat-based Springhill Farm has cleverly transformed the ever-tempting flavours of classic cocktails into four new, sweet slices.
Boozy* Slice takes your all-time favourite alcoholic drinks; Espresso Martini, Negroni, Cosmo, and Spiced Rum and Raisin and reimagines them as decadent, yet guilt-free (well almost) and non-alcoholic, sweet slice form. They have been designed to be a little bit cheeky, a lot of fun, and all about taste.
Available from early September, the plant-based, gluten-free, and 100 per cent non-alcoholic—yet completely intoxicating—slices are the perfect addition to hampers, gifts, or work-from-home treats for yourself!
Each 150g slice retails at $12.95 and will be available at Springhill Farm and from leading independent grocers nationally. It is currently available for pre-order.
Springhill Farm started with founders Ray and Jo hosting school and kindergarten children for “a day on the farm”. The day would finish with a muesli slice on the hay bales—one of the very first paddock to plate concepts. Word got out about Jo’s delicious muesli slice and soon the kitchen table could no longer hold all the slice for her orders. Jo’s passion for baking slice became a full-time job.
From supplying slices to the 2000 Sydney Olympics to filling the snack trollies on Qantas and Virgin flights, Springhill Farm is a much-loved Aussie brand with a 37-year heritage.
Boozy* Slice joins their existing range of nine farmhouse-kitchen inspired slices.
