At Expect an action-packed Foodservice 2017, for the first time ever there will be two full levels of exhibitors including the big names, as well as regional and artisan producers. βThe focus will, however, remain on Expect an action-packed Foodservice, which means buyers and sellers can get straight down to business,β he said.Β
There will be more than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest in food and beverage products, kitchen equipment, hospitality technology, entertainment, furniture and fittings, and much more.
There will be great special features such as the National Restaurant Conference, Chef of the Year, Baking Arena, Savour Patissier of the Year, Seafood Showcase and the Global Pizza Challenge.
The Baking Arena will feature the latest products, ingredients and equipment for the baking industry, and there will be a bakery stage full of great demonstrations from industry professionals.
Event director Tim Collett says itβs exciting to see the show grow and bring major events, like Patissier of the Year and the National Restaurant Conference to Melbourne.

Foodservice Australia will run from May 28 to 30 at the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne.
