This year’s IBE & ABES Trade Day, held by International Bakery Equipment Pty Ltd and Australian Bakery Equipment Supplies, provided an impressive array of products for bakers to try and see demonstrated.

Hosted by International Bakery Equipment Pty Ltd’s David and Noela Tscheinig along with Australian Bakery Equipment Supplies’ John De Visser, the trade event was held from June 5-6 and attracted impressive numbers of attendees eager to see the wide range of displays and demonstrations, from companies including ABES; IBE, Doughmaker; Staincraft; Go Getta; Weston Milling; Northside Scales (Measuretron); Bakels; Roband; and Southern Cross Baking Group, with expert Brett Noy on hand to lead a live artisan baking demonstration.
