Croff Bakehouse is officially opening its doors at Raine Square this week. To celebrate the milestone occasion, the decadent bakehouse is giving away 100 of its new Purple Raine croissants—made exclusively for its new location.

Croff is an iconic bakehouse which has quickly built a cult following across Perth for its innovative flavours and indulgent baked goods. Made with special purple dough, Croff’s exclusive Purple Raine croissant emulates a blueberry cheesecake with an oozy cream cheese and blueberry filling.

In tribute to its new location, Purple Raine is beautifully decorated with half dipped blueberries coulis, torched meringue and edible flowers. The new store is located on Raine Lane, across from Absolute Cosmetics, in the Raine Square precinct.

Croff Bakehouse Co-Owner, Harold Bong said that he’s excited to see Croff grow in a centralised CBD precinct.

“We’re delighted to be officially opening the doors to Croff Raine Square. So much so that we’ve even created a limited-edition croissant to celebrate! Available exclusively at our Raine Square location, croissant is bursting with flavour and we cannot wait for the people of Perth to try it,” said Harold.

Raine Square General Manager, Mike Barrington said the precinct is delighted to be welcoming Croff Bakehouse to the precinct.

“We’re delighted to be supporting Croff in its next stage of growth as a business by providing a central location for the bakehouse to serve to the people of Perth. Raine Square is committed to supporting home-grown businesses like Croff and showcasing the best of Perth to locals,” he said.

Founded in Perth, Croff opened the doors to its first location on Barrack Street in January 2020, with the new Raine Square croissanterie marking the bakehouse’s second location. The bakehouse will be open from Monday—Friday: 7am to 3pm; and Saturday—Sunday: 10am to 3pm.
