The Parramatta outlet of Surry Hills’ famed Bourke Street Bakery, which only opened in early May, is on the move after Parramatta Council sold its Centenary Square site.
“We’ll be remaining in Parramatta. We’re loving it out there,” co-owner David McGuinness said, revealing another Bourke Street Bakery will be opened in a Kirrawee industrial estate in the next few months, on top of the brand’s recent signing at Barangaroo.
