The Cheesecake Shop has branched out and launched a range of gourmet macarons.
Inspired by the company’s best-selling cheesecakes, the macaron range features four flavours, including Choc Caramel, Strawberry Shortcake, Lemaron and Passionfruit.
The Cheesecake Shop national marketing manager Peter Dable said the company has undertaken significant research and development to ensure the range rival macarons at patisseries and cafés.
“It’s a trendy and high-end product we are sure will prove popular with our customer base, who often pop in before entertaining friends and family,” Peter said.
“It has also been important for the company to retain its reputation for affordable luxury, and as such, packs of six were kept under $10 with individual macarons selling for $2.”
