Two of Australia’s most prominent baking names have dropped their Christmas collaboration ranges.

Adriano Zumbo and Anna Polyviou have both teamed up with brand names to develop new products just in time for the festive season.

Anna announced back in November that she had teamed up with Amazon Australia and regional Australian pudding maker, Pud for all Seasons, to create unique Christmas pudding that was both sweet and savoury.

Called Amazon Everything Christmas Pudding, the dessert has pumpkin, rosemary, ham and cherry in it.

Speaking with The Australian Women’s Weekly Anna said it wasn’t a traditional pudding but the fundamental elements were still there.

” What we’ve done is we’ve added a few more ingredients to give a bit of a savoury note as well. You don’t necessarily have to had it for dessert,” she said.

“I would personally use it to go with my turkey or my ham with a nice gravy.”

Earlier this month Adriano and Wicked Sister Desserts announced they had also joined forces, with the popular pâtissier creating four desserts – named the Sweet Summer Series.

The collection, which will see the new recipes released over the coming weeks, includes a Christmas holiday trifle, made using Wicked Sister Desserts products.

“We are excited to announce our collaboration with one of Australia’s most recognised pâtissiers, Chef Adriano Zumbo,” Wicked Sister announced on social media.

“We’ve partnered with Zumbo for a Christmas entertainment and summer series, showcasing our delicious Classic and High Protein desserts which feature in four decadent and delightful recipes, just in time for your Christmas celebrations and summer dinner parties.”
