WHAT YOU NEED
CAKE
Tegral Satin Vegan Cake 500g
Water 235g
Oil 110g
FILLINGS & TOPPINGS
Ambiante 500g
Topfil Caramel Apple 220g
CUSTARD
Caster Sugar 500g
Cremfil Silk Vanilla 150g
Water 50g
GLAZE
Harmony Cold Neutral 220g
WHAT TO DO
CAKE
• Blend all ingredients together (2’ slow, 4’ medium)
• Bake at 165°C for 50’ (convection oven)
FILLINGS & TOPPINGS
• Whip Ambiante to soft peak
CUSTARD
• Make a dry caramel & deglaze
• Once cool, blend small amounts with Cremfil Silk until
desired flavour achieved
GLAZE
• Use deglazed caramel to flavour and colour
• Mix together and heat to 42°C
