Online sensation Brooki Bakehouse in Brisbane is heading down the coast for a pop-up in June at QT on the Gold Coast. The collaboration will see owner and founder of Brooki Bakehouse, Brooke Saward, taking over the sweets section of QT Gold Coast’s high-tea experience, QTea.

If you’ve longed for a Brooki Cookie but haven’t made the trek up to Brisbane to try it, now is your chance. The experience will kick off with a meet and greet from Brooke at QT on Saturday June 1 and will run all month with sweet treats available daily. The experience will also feature some savoury high tea goodies from QT’s executive chef, Greg Benney.

Brooke’s cult cookie classic will include some of her most popular cookie flavours including red velvet and Biscoff as well as many macaron flavours. For those who have followed Brooki from day one, you can even get their hands on limited VIP tickets to get up close to the cookie queen.
