Australia’s top-rated brands across a range of retailers have been Finder, following the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The awards are based on feedback from more than 60,000 Australian consumers and reveal which retailers they believe are worth shopping at.
Finder head of Consumer Research Graham Cooke said the awards were designed to empower Australians to make better purchasing decisions.
“Whether you’re in the market for a new appliance, picking up pet supplies, or craving an ice-cream fix, our top-rated brands will help point you in the right direction,” he said.
“With feedback from over 60,000 shoppers, Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards provide reliable insight into what Australians are loving most.
“The winners were recognised across a range of factors, including value for money and legendary service.”
Self-serve Asian and Western fusion bakery chain Breadtop took out the top spot in the bakery category, while Gelato Messina was named as the preferred ice cream store. The Cheesecake Shop was named as the Most Recommended Bakery Brand, and Baker’s Delight won the bakery category in the Legendary Service Brand.
Mr Cooke said it was rare to see the same brand take out all the awards in a specific category, given they typically excel in different areas.
“The only clean sweep this year was given to Pickles Auctions, LVLY, Kennards Storage and Hungry Panda. These brands should be congratulated for meeting a range of different customer needs, including value, trust and customer service,” he said.
“Finder’s data shows the cost of living crisis is still causing financial stress, which is why it’s great to see brands like Breadtop, Big W, Ikea, ALDI, Gelatissimo and more recognised for the value they offer to their customers.”
