Bertuetti SVG3 has a Universal Line for stress-free dividing for soft and standard doughs.
It’s the ultimate in user-friendly, high capacity dividing with genuine high hydration dividing capabilities – up to 90 per cent hydration for dividing and 80 per cent for rounding. Multiple settings and adjustments are available to be programmed that can utilise dough weights from 25g to 2000g for dividing and 25g to 200g for rounding, which will give you consistent results at a speed of your choice.
Bertuetti SVG3 Options available can include moulders, automatic seeding, automatic dough feeding, automatic flour dusting and automatic tray loading. It can also be connected to panning units or intermediate proofers.
