Bake-It Bakery & Café, an established favourite known for its unique blend of Korean-inspired baked goods, has officially expanded with the opening of a new location in Brisbane’s inner city.
The new bakery, located at on Elizabeth Street, welcomed its first customers earlier this week on March 24, bringing a delightful new pastry destination to the heart of the city.
This expansion marks an exciting milestone for the Underwood-based bakery, which has garnered a loyal following thanks to its innovative offerings.
The Brisbane City location introduces an expanded range of items, including Bake-It’s signature chubby doughnuts—brioche-based doughnuts filled with a variety of creamy, flavourful fillings. The store also offers a selection of whole cakes, croissants, Danishes, pies, and focaccias.
In addition to the familiar treats, the new location features a fresh line-up of sandwiches and toasties, as well as a variety of coffee and specialty beverages.
Owner and patissier Eunji Shin, along with her dedicated team, continues to bake everything fresh on-site, ensuring that every item meets the high standards the bakery is known for.
