Apprentices Go for Gold

Well underway, the baking Association of Australia’s (bAA’s) Excellence in baking series is turning out great product and competitors.

Proudly supported by EOI, the national series for baking and pastry apprentices is well into the swing of things, with only the Northern Territory to go. Congratulations to all the state winners so far:

“So far all states have impressed judges with their willingness to compete, finished product and presentation. While Tassie has competed, we can’t announce the winners until October,” BAA executive director Tony Smith said.

“Best of luck to all NT entrants, as well as all state winners for the national title!”
