A bespoke high tea menu originally designed for a dine-in experience at the Melbourne Park Hyatt hotel has now been put on hold due to the indefinite ongoing COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria, and now it’s up for grabs for those within postcodes 3011—3152.
Patissier Chef Santiago Cuyugan of Mamé Cocoa and resident pastry chef of Park Hyatt Melbourne created the stunning menu and was left with all the ingredients, already purchased, following the event’s cancellation. He issued a plea via his social channels to get the word out so the ingredients wouldn’t go to waste.
They are offering 10 delightful pieces (4 savouries, 4 classical French pastries and 2 scones) with accompanying teas by Chamellia Premium Organic teas.
