Once again American Express’s delicious. Month Out (AEDMO) will return to Australian shores in May.
With events set to be held in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra throughout May, the culinary campaign will once again be a must attend event not least because NYC-based pastry chef and Milk Bar founder Christina Tosi will bring her bakery’s goods to Sydney for the first time.
Christina will transform Ace Hotel Sydney’s laneway cafe Good Chemistry into Milk Bar from May 1-3 between 8am and 2pm. Here consumers can purchase a variety of Christina’s sweet sensations including her famous Cereal Milk soft serve and signature cookies. Also on offer will be a limited edition dessert inspired by classic Australian flavours created by Christina for the event.
Christina said she was excited to be bringing Milk Bar Down Under.
“I can’t wait to share some of our most-loved creations, along with a dessert for this moment – an homage to the flavours Australians know and love, with a signature Milk Bar twist,” she said.
American Express vice president of Brand, Marketing and Member Experience Naysla Edwards said they were thrilled to be celebrating the return of AEDMO 2026 alongside Christina.
“This marks our seventh consecutive year of working with delicious. We’re proud of the role this campaign continues to play in supporting the Australian dining industry and the way our card members get behind it each year,” she said.
“At its heart AEDMO is about encouraging people to dine out, whether that’s at their favourite restaurant or venturing somewhere new.”
delicious content director Krysia Bonkowski said AEDMO is back and they are thrilled to once again be a part of a campaign that supports an important industry.
“Together with American Express and trusted hospitality partners, we will spend the month encouraging diners to get out, stay out and rediscover all the many things that make Australia’s dining scene one of the most exciting in the world,” she said.
