This year’s Australasian Grain Science Conference will bring together Australian, New Zealand and international scientific and technical experts under the theme ‘Grain Technology for Consumer Nutrition’

High-profile speakers on each topic have been invited to present lectures. A pre-conference ‘New Zealand Grains Symposium’ at Lincoln University and post-conference ‘Local Food Industry and Wine Producers Study Tour’ will be offered.
A welcome reception on September 20 and a Gala Dinner on September 21 are planned, giving guests the change to mingle and discuss ideas.
The Rydges Hotel, Christchurch, New Zealand will be the venue for all sessions.
