Launched in 2014, the smooth Festival of Chocolate is back this September, set to befilled with more chocolatey goodness than ever before.
In conjunction with major event partner Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, the smooth Festival of Chocolate will transform The Rocks into a chocolate oasis featuring premium retailers and boutique chocolatiers.
The Callebaut Test Kitchen, proudly designed and built by Knebel Kitchen, is at the heart of the smooth Festival of Chocolate.
Set to entertain and inspire, the kitchen stage will present some of Sydney’s most skillfull pastry chefs and chocolatiers including Dean Gibson (Australian Pastry Team), Jodie Van Der Velden (Josophan’s Fine Chocolates), and fan favourite Giovana Falanga (pastry chef and cake decorator). Every session will showcase a unique recipe to be sampled by the crowd.
The festival will also bring together the entire lifestyle experience from chocolate to wine and food. The Rocks is an atmospheric, cultural hub that brings together the finest things Sydney has to offer. With its rich heritage, cobblestone laneways and boutique providers, there is no better backdrop for this tasty event.
