Callebaut and the smooth Festival of Chocolate are teaming to find the Callebaut Young Inspirer for 2016 – a young chef, baker, chocolatier or ice cream maker aged 16-30 who is creative, skilled and passionate.
From Monday June 13 to Monday August 29, Callebaut is encouraging entrants based in New South Wales and Victoria to create their best work with Callebaut products, take a picture an upload it to Instagram with the hastag #callebautyounginspirer.
The prize is the prestigious title of 2016 Callebaut Young Inspirer, along with a two to three day course at the highly esteemed Savour School in Melbourne. The winner will also get to enjoy a VIP experience at the smooth Festival of Chocolate in Sydney.
Callebaut supports chocolatiers, pastry chefs, chefs de cuisine, bakers and ice cream makers all over the world with its chocolate products, and the team is passionate about fostering new talent in the Australian dessert and pastry scene.
Entries open June 13 and close August 29.
