Just when you thought Tim Tams couldn’t possibly be improved upon (except for maybe the double-coated ones), this Sydney business has turned them into cake, staring alongside other favourites in an Aussie Classics-themed dessert box.

Fresh + Frosted is a Sydney-based dessert company currently offering local lockdown delivery of its vegan treats, and is taking customers on a nostalgic journey with this dessert box featuring its own tasty twist on all the staples of an Aussie childhood.

Throughout the month of October, Sydney-siders can get their hands on the following flavours:

Lamington: One of our most requested items of all time is our delicious Lamingtons! A soft and moist vanilla bean cake, dipped in delicious chocolate sauce and finished with desiccated coconut.

Iced Vovo: A tasty buttery cookie base infused with coconut, topped with delish raspberry frosting & tasty home made raspberry jam, then finished with a light sprinkle of desiccated coconut & fresh raspberries. 

Tim Tam Cake: We have put a twist on this Aussie Classic and have turn the famous biscuit into a delicious cake! Our ‘famous’ super soft, fluffy chocolate cake, with the chocolate frosting centre, smothered in a decadent chocolate ganache. 

Anzac Biscuits: These crunchy, golden, oaty deliciousness will have you going back for seconds… or thirds!  This is my take on the classic Aussie biscuit that we all grew up with, with a twist. I have included 3 variations: Traditional, Macadamia, Chocolate.

Wagon Wheel: We couldn’t have an “Aussie Classics” Dessert Box without a Wagon Wheel!  A delicious buttery biscuit base, topped with tasty homemade raspberry jam, marshmallows, and decadent chocolate.

Caramel Slice: A delicious buttery cookie base, topped with ooey gooey mouthwatering caramel, and finished with a layer of decadent and delish chocolate ganache.

If that isn’t enough, customers can upgrade the experience with a Passionfruit Vanilla Slice Dessert jar, featuring puff pastry layers, thick vanilla custard and passionfruit jelly, and/or a Mixed Lamington dessert box with three lamington flavours—vanilla, chocolate, and Biscoff.
