The Hunt is in to Find The Next Star

The competition calendar for is about to kick off for baking apprentices.

The first National Apprenticeship Competition Excellence in Baking is coming up in Queensland, proudly supported by EOI and the Baking Association of Australia (BAA).

“A new and exciting schedule will test all contestants this year,” BAA executive officer Tony Smith said.

“This year, the bar has been raised, with all state finalist being flown into Sydney for a grand final bake-off to determine the official national winners of bread and pastry to find the next star.

“The official announcement of winners will take place in November, and all industry participants will be invited to attend and support the next generation of professional bakers and pastry chefs.”
