The country’s biggest event for bakers and cake decorators is gearing up for another instalment; this time in Sydney.

Cake Bake and Sweets Show Sydney will, once again, be packed with celebrity demonstrations, professional classes and interactive workshops. Learn new techniques, sample products and equipment, and stock up on latest supplies.

Best of all, showgoers will be able to ask advice from the best bakers and pastry chefs in the industry, including Adriano Zumbo, Tim Clark, Jessica Pedemont and Rowie Dillon.

The three-day exhibition and show isn’t only for cake enthusiasts. The Bakery Classroom will host 30-minute demonstrations, giving visitors the opportunity to lean from expert bakers in a focused and intimate setting. These classes are free, with restricted seating allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

All entries for the Australian Cake Decorating Championships will also be on display for the duration of the show, so expect to see a range of traditional and modern wedding and novelty cakes and sugarcraft.
