Suitable for bakeries, patisseries or commercial kitchens where available space is limited, the Rotoram Mini has the same reliable features of a full size Rotoram rack oven, but with a much smaller footprint.
The Rotoram Mini is ideal for any product in your bakery and commercial kitchen. It’s capable of holding full bakery sized trays and has the added flexibility to vary the number of trays, with a unique adjustable runner system that have no compromise necessary.. The Rotoram Mini can also be complemented with the inclusion of a 20-tray prover or stand at the base.
Available in gas or electric models, construction is entirely of stainless steel with an electronic control panel with LCD screen and 40 baking programs.
